If we agree a written proposal or contract with you for a project, that document applies to the project together with these terms. If the two disagree, the written proposal or contract wins for that project.
2. Our services
We help businesses use their own records to find where they are losing money. The services we offer are a data audit with a quick-win report; dashboards with monthly reporting; forecasting and optimisation; process automation; and AI integrations. Which of these applies to you, and what it includes, is agreed with you in writing before work starts.
3. The free pilot

4. Quotes, fees and payment

7. Your data and our deliverables

We keep our own methods, templates, tools and know-how, and we may use them for other clients, without using your data.
8. No guarantee of results
Our findings are based on the records you give us, and figures are estimates. We cannot promise any particular saving or increase in profit, and business decisions remain yours.
The example findings, charts and figures on this website are illustrations that use synthetic data. They do not describe a real client, and they are not a promise or a prediction of any result you will get.
9. Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or knock-on losses, such as lost profit or lost business, and our total responsibility for any claim about our work is limited to the fees you paid us for that work. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Third-party tools
We use third-party services such as WhatsApp and email to communicate with you. They have their own terms, and we are not responsible for how they operate.
11. Using this website
This website gives general information about our services and is not professional advice. Please do not misuse it or try to interfere with how it works. The text, design and marks on this website belong to us or our licensors, and you may not copy them without permission.
12. Ending the work
Either of us can end a project by giving written notice. You will pay for work done up to that point. Our duties about confidentiality, and about returning or deleting your data, continue after the work ends.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. If we disagree about anything, we will first try to settle it by talking. If that does not work, the courts of Kenya, sitting in Nairobi, will decide.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. A change does not affect work we have already agreed in writing.
